Our company supplies major retailers nationwide, and we are currently seeking an administrative assistant to process customer credits and assist with Accounts Receivable for 15-25hr per week.
A school hours roster is possible.
Located in Bella Vista, our office is 800m to the Metro station. Free on-site parking is also provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer claims (for example, short supplies/damaged goods)
- Take customer payments over the phone
- Process customer payments into Pronto (ERP)
- Follow up late payments
- Provide general administrative support to Customer Service which may include covering Reception from time to time
- Use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to complete daily tasks
About You
As a key component of the role is processing claims, attention to detail and data entry experience (processing orders or claims) will be highly regarded .
You will be organised, have previous administration experience and sound MS Excel skills.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this role.
