We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Officer to manage the full Accounts Payable function and take ownership of key financial responsibilities, including cash flow management, trade finance, and international payments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term career opportunity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end accounts payable function
- Management of vendor onboarding
- Management of vehicle register, fuel cards, tolls, infringement notices, and insurance claims
- Daily cash flow monitoring and forecasting
- Management of trade finance and import collection payments
- Manage the supplier ledger and resolving under or overs in a timely manner
- Manage supplier claims and resolving disputes promptly
- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and internal teams
- Maintain organised records for audit and compliance purposes
