The Opportunity
SEE Group have a great career opportunity available for a Project Administrator to join our local highly professional and skilled local project team. This is a diverse and fast-paced site-based role based in Tweed Heads. Reporting to the Project Administration Manager you will be responsible for administration duties including but not limited to:
Project accruals, assisting in preparing financial reports by ensuring all costs and accruals are accounted for
Purchase Orders, coding and receipting of Invoices / Dockets within our Viewpoint system
Maintaining files and records, online ordering
Work closely with Accounts Payable and site teams to ensure the 'Procure to Pay' process runs effectively
Manage the project travel and accommodation
Data entry, administration and support toProject Managers and Engineers where required
Essential Skills and Attributes
Previous experience as a Project / Site Administrator
Some experience with Accounts Payable and Procurement
Ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities
Experience with Viewpoint accounting software or similar
