At SEE Civil, we’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our delivery team and play a key role in driving civil projects from the ground up, initially based on a significant TMR project in Caloundra, QLD.

Responsibilities
You’ll be an experienced civil Site Supervisor who knows how to plan ahead, lead crews and subcontractors, manage safety and quality, and keep production moving. Experience across bulk earthworks, TMR roadworks, pavements or civil infrastructure will be highly regarded.
Effective programming of daily site worksin accordance withthe construction program, including any adjustments as they arise.
Ccoordination of employees, subcontractors,plantand equipmentrequiredfor the projects. Provide advice,supportandassistanceto project staff in relation to any technical and/or complex problems that may arise during project life.
Manage relevant personnel throughout their employment lifecycle including,selection, training and development, evaluation, and performancemanagement with support from the People & Culture Team.
Manage activities on site, controlling costs and productivity to meet financialobjectivesof the projects.
Work closely with the project teams on costing changes to the project scope and/or pricing of variations to ensure the project meets financial goals.
Essential Skills and Attributes
Background in Plant Operation, Construction and Delivery processes.
Establishing andmaintainingeffective working relationships.
Proven management skills,practicesand planning ability.
Highly effective skills in negotiating,evaluatingand administering contracts, specifications, and Australian standards.
Knowledge of Engineering principles and experience in actual project delivery.
Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications.
Highly effective planning, organising and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others.
