This hands-on leadership role covers the warehouse from inbound to dispatch. You’ll have room to improve processes, build the team and help shape the operation as it grows.
What you’ll do
Run all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
Lead, train and motivate a team of staff, including rostering and performance
Keep stock accurate through cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory controls
Track KPIs for accuracy, on-time dispatch and productivity, and improve on them
Keep a strong WHS culture and stay compliant with safety standards
Work with transport, customer service and purchasing so goods move smoothly
Find and carry out process improvements to support the business’s growth
Manage budgets, equipment and site maintenance
About you
At least 3–5 years in a warehouse leadership role
A track record of leading and growing high-performing teams
Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems
A good understanding of WHS requirements
Confident with KPIs, reporting and continuous improvement
Forklift licence (LF) highly regarded
Organised, hands-on and calm under pressure
Experience in a growing or changing business is a bonus
