TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage high volume incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide technical support via phone and email to ensure optimum service to our customers
- Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Other duties, responsibilities and projects may be assigned as required
If you have an INDUSTRIAL manufacturing / fabrication background this will be regarded highly.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Previous customer service experience mandatory - Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
- Previous experience in sales support highly advantageous
- Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
- Proven ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Experience working with technical products is highly desired but NOT essential
