Securecorp is seeking an experienced Retail Security Officer to support a retail site in North Lakes.
This role focuses on loss prevention, access control, incident response, and customer service, ensuring a safe and compliant environment while upholding professional security standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional Retail Security and customer service
- Conduct patrols, monitoring, and surveillance
- Perform access control and crowd management
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
- Identify and manage risk and loss prevention issues
- Complete accurate incident reports and daily logs
Skills & Experience
- Current QLD Security Licence with Crowd Control (mandatory)
- Previous retail security or monitoring experience
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and rotating shifts
- Professional presentation and a proactive security mindset
