Securecorp is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for FULL TIME Monitoring Operators to join our monitoring center team here at Securecorp head office – Mulgrave. Our Monitoring Centre provides 24/7 security surveillance completing alarm and emergency service response to our clients.
The successful Candidate to join our Monitoring team will have at least 1 years' experience in the monitoring space. Patriot experience is an advantage but not a necessity.
Roster: FULL TIME - 12 HOUR ROTATING ROSTER (DAYS AND NIGHTS)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitoring of Alarms and CCTV
- Identification of potential incidents
- Attending to high volume of outbound/inbound calls
- Liaison with police & our internal stakeholders and clients
- Occasional Data Entry
- Able to work in a Team Environment
Key Selection Criteria
- MUST hold a current Monitoring Licence
- Experience in Monitoring minimum of 1 years' experience
- Experience in customer service and/or security/monitoring
- Ability to assess potential for incidents and risk mitigation
- Compiling and completing reports in a timely manner
- Mature outlook to your work
- Proficient in PC skills for report writing
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Candidates with proven experience in Patriot alarm monitoring software will be highly regarded, however this is NOT essential.
