Your Role

- Coach, develop, and motivate your team to achieve their full potential while fostering a positive and results-driven culture.

- Drive sales performance, achieve key business targets, and identify opportunities to grow your store's success.
- Deliver Luxury
- Create memorable customer experiences through personalised service, product expertise, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Grow Your Business
- Build lasting customer relationships, drive repeat business, and treat your boutique as if it were your own.
- Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, rostering, and maintaining the highest brand standards.

About You
- 3+ years of proven sales leadership experience (and you love smashing targets).
- Must have some jewellery experience.
- A track record of team development and business growth.
- Experience managing teams of 2-5 people is required.
- A passion for premium customer service.
- Charisma, communication, and confidence that lights up the room.
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities like a pro.
