AIRWAY is seeking air freight coordinators to join our domestic and international operations teams. We're an Australian-owned business where safety comes first. The Role – Key Responsibilities
- Safely screen, load and unload cargo
- Operate forklifts and airside vehicles
- Coordinate cargo movements throughout the terminal
- Complete operational documentation and system updates
- Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and equipment checks
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse/logistics/freight handling/aviation experience (highly regarded, not essential)
- Flexibility to work a dynamic and changing schedule
- The ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including manual handling
- Minimum 12 months forklift experience (advantageous)
- Safety-first mindset and a strong work ethic
- A reliable team player with great communication skills
Licensing & Requirements
- Current Australian Driver Licence with own reliable transport
- Current LF Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC
Employment will be subject to successful completion of a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and police check.
