As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Consultant & Coach to join our North Sydney team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has built a strong foundation in hands-on performance marketing but is now looking to take that experience into a more strategic, consultative and client-facing position. You'll be joining an ambitious, collaborative team where your ideas are valued, your expertise will make a genuine impact and you'll have the opportunity to work with some exciting, high-growth businesses.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...
As our Performance Marketing Consultant & Coach, you'll work closely with ambitious business owners, founders and marketing teams to help them improve their digital advertising performance and achieve sustainable growth. Using your hands‑on expertise across Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads, you'll provide strategic guidance through one‑to‑one coaching, group sessions and regular account reviews, identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance, creative strategy, customer acquisition and overall profitability. You'll analyse key metrics including ROAS, CAC, MER and LTV, translating performance data into practical, actionable recommendations that clients can implement. Alongside coaching and consulting, you'll contribute to developing training resources, sharing industry insights and building strong, long‑term client relationships. You'll also have opportunities to travel interstate to meet clients face‑to‑face, understand their businesses and help shape their wider marketing strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity to move beyond day‑to‑day campaign management and use your performance marketing knowledge to make a genuine commercial impact across multiple businesses.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?...
- 5+ years' experience across Performance Marketing, Paid Media or Digital Advertising, either agency or brand-side
- Strong hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, with Google Ads and TikTok experience highly advantageous
- Proven experience scaling campaigns, improving performance and driving measurable commercial growth
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, attribution and wider digital marketing metrics
- Excellent communication and client‑facing skills, with the confidence to provide strategic advice and coaching
- Ability to analyse advertising accounts, identify opportunities and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Commercially minded, proactive and passionate about helping businesses grow through performance marketing
- Comfortable working from North Sydney and travelling interstate to meet clients when required
