At Seamless SMSF, we are a growing business providing specialist services to accounting firms and SMSF professionals across Australia.
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Marketing and Administration Support team member to join our growing business.
This role is ideal for someone with office, administration, or customer service experience who has a genuine interest in social media and marketing.
We are seeking someone who is creative, organised, committed, and eager to contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
General administration and office support duties
Data entry and document management
Assist with client and stakeholder communications
Support the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Help maintain and improve our online presence
Engage with staff in daily activities designed to build a positive culture within the organisation
Skills & Experience
Previous administration, office, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Strong interest in social media and marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with Canva and social media platforms will be highly regarded
