You will
- Provide exceptional customer service and always be willing to go the extra mile to make your customers feel empowered and confident with their purchase
- Work together to drive sales, smash KPIs and celebrate success
- Style with confidence to help customers find the perfect fit and delivering a personalised experience
- Ensure store standards and stock presentation are always upheld, supporting with new deliveries, stock replenishment and maintaining store presentation
- Bringing out collections to life through visual merchandising, keeping displays fresh and inviting
About you
- You have worked in fashion retail or customer service before (not essential, we can teach you the rest!)
- You bring a proactive, can-do attitude and love learning new skills
- You are a natural communicator who knows how to connect, build rapport and make customers feel amazing
- You thrive in a team environment and bring positivity to every shift
