Join our growing leadership team in a NEW role designed for an experienced PBS Practitioner who is passionate about developing others, driving service excellence and leading a high-performing team.
We're looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to provide operational and clinical leadership to our PBS team. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the growth and direction of our PBS team while supporting practitioners to deliver exceptional outcomes for participants.
Working closely with a great leadership team, including other discipline specific managers, you'll oversee practice quality, support service delivery, mentor and develop your team, and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen our PBS services.
As the PBS Manager, you'll lead and support the team by:
- Providing day-to-day operational leadership and support to practitioners.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing the team to achieve excellent results and professional growth.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and retention of Practitioners as our team expands.
- Monitoring utilisation, caseloads, quality and performance to ensure sustainable workloads and excellent client outcomes.
- Providing clinical guidance and facilitating regular supervision and professional development.
- Working collaboratively with local team to continually improve service delivery.
