Run on a project based structure, so as a Senior Civil Engineer, take on a drafter/designer and junior engineers to use as resources on your projects. Still remain hands on in terms of the technical and engineering work, involvement in concept design, fee proposals, client meetings etc, 80/20 split.
Work with builders and developers, subdivisions, schools, hospitals, aged care, mixed use developments, retail etc – pavement, water quality, stormwater, roads, etc.
