Scope (Aust) is seeking an experienced Change Manager for a 12-month contract based in Hawthorn, Victoria. You will design and implement change Management strategies to support new systems, processes and ways of working across the organisation.
Reporting to the Enterprise Change Manager, you will work with project teams, leaders and stakeholders to ensure adoption, using Scope's ADKAR framework and collaborative, impact-driven planning.
