We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to provide support to our service scheduling team. We are based in Mascot and the role is office based.
As an integral member of the Service Team, you will contribute to the delivery and completion of Facilities Maintenance work orders, including grounds maintenance, plumbing, electrical, handyman, and many more!
No two days are the same liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, managing calls and emails to follow up on a job, on paperwork or just a general update based on a time-sensitive deadline.
To be successful in this role, you must:
Thrive on a reactive, fast paced environment.
Have an eye for detail to ensure careful review of photos, service reports, and notes, to meet the set out requirements.
Have the ability to multi-task and work to a deadline.
Demonstrate exceptional active listening skills and verbal communication skills to respond appropriately to a variety of both internal and external issues and queries.
Have solid experience in excellent customer service.
This role is part of a growing team, meaning it could be your stepping stone into other roles within our facilities maintenance service business.
