Schulz Organic Dairy is seeking a motivated, reliable, and hands‐on Warehouse Operations Agent / Storeperson to join our growing team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, demonstrates initiative, works well independently, and enjoys being part of a close‐knit team. The successful candidate will be computer literate, hold a current Forklift Licence, and be committed to maintaining high standards across all warehouse operations.
About Us
Schulz Organic Dairy is a premium Australian dairy brand producing milk, cream, yoghurt, and butter for customers across Melbourne and regional Victoria. As demand for our products continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated team member to support our warehouse and distribution operations.
About the Role
As a key member of our operations team, your responsibilities will include:
Working in a cool room environment (1-3°C) for approximately 50% of each shift
Picking, packing, stock control, and general warehouse duties
Repetitive manual handling, including lifting, pulling, and pushing stock items up to 13kg
Operating a manual pallet jack to move pallets weighing up to 960kg
Loading and unloading trucks using electric and reach forklifts (Forklift Licence essential)
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
Completing occasional deliveries using a small box truck (Light Rigid Licence or higher would be advantageous)
Providing excellent customer service and representing the Schulz brand professionally
Contributing across multiple areas of the business and supporting a small team environment
Roster
4 Days Per Week (30 Hours)
Monday: 8.00am - 4:00pm
Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Flexibility to work additional hours and accommodate occasional early starts is highly desirable.

Sunshine West, VIC
Remuneration
$34 per hour + Superannuation
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A current Forklift Licence (mandatory)
Full Australian working rights
Strong attention to detail
Good computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications
The ability to work independently and use initiative
Physical fitness to perform repetitive manual handling tasks and regularly lift up to 20kg
Availability for early starts when required
Confidence to complete occasional delivery runs
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
Light Rigid (LR) Licence or higher
Experience working in a cold chain or refrigerated warehouse environment
