Schnitz is seeking an energetic Field Trainer to join our Capability team. You will coach Franchise Partners and Restaurant Managers across the network, delivering hands-on training and developing leaders to uphold Schnitz standards.
This role involves visiting restaurants, identifying gaps, supporting new openings and delivering training on new menus and systems. Hybrid work is available, with travel within the region and interstate openings when required.
