Schmidt Quarries is a family operated business established in 1974. We deliver quality quarry materials such as road bases, rock, aggregates and sand. Our head office is located in Queanbeyan, NSW with our quarries located throughout the region.
The Role
We are looking for wheel loader and excavator operators to join our team, working at our Bombala site. All candidates welcome. While experience is preferred, we value a willingness to learn and a commitment to the team so training will be provided for the right person, if needed. These are full time positions and not suitable for fly-in fly-out (FIFO) workers. Non local candidates will need to demonstrate a commitment to relocate to the area in order to be considered for this role. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and an understanding of relevant WHS requirements.
