About the role

The Security Operations Training Manager leads the development and implementation of a security and emergency management training framework across Scentre Group destinations.

Working with centre teams, security leaders and external providers, you’ll set training priorities and standards that strengthen preparedness, operational resilience and our response to evolving risks.

Key responsibilities

  • What sets you apart

We are looking for someone with strong operational experience and the ability to take a strategic, portfolio-wide approach to security and emergency management training.

Relevant experience may include security or centre operations, duty management, major venues, hospitals, emergency services or operational training.

  • You take ownership of national training priorities and deliver consistent outcomes.
  • You have a strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
  • You’re confident, credible and passionate about building security capability, with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
