Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing &cooking a wide range of dishes, from bulk production to fresh, seasonal plates
- Working in an open kitchen where you are part of the guest experience
- Delivering consistently high standards in taste, presentation and timing
- Maintaining strong hygiene, safety &HACCP practices
- Pitching in across the team, because we all succeed together

- Previous cooking experience or a genuine passion for great food
- Ability to stay organised &meet timeframes, even during busy periods
- Solid understanding of kitchen hygiene & WHS principles
