Alice Springs Pharmacy is currently recruiting for a friendly Sleep Apnoea (CPAP) Consultant/Pharmacy Assistant willing to join our team on a Full-Time basis. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in the role.

About the role
- Demonstration and trial of CPAP equipment
- Sale of CPAP machines, masks and accessories
- Ongoing patient care and monitoring
- Conducting sleep data analysis
- Stock control and ordering of CPAP machines
- Maintenance and cleaning of CPAP machines within the pharmacy following customer trials
- Working closely with the supplier and the pharmacist manager to provide excellent customer care
- Administration and booking of patient appointments
- Assisting customers within the pharmacy when not attending to sleep apnoea duties
- Maintaining stock and consulting room presentation standards
- Handling cash/eftpos transactions
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience with CPAP therapy or closely related area will be highly regarded
- Caring and committed to excellence in customer service
- Professional and well organised with good attention to detail
- Highly motivated, honest and reliable
- Strong communication skills with good telephone etiquette
- Computer Literacy
- Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
