During this Workers’ Compensation Claims contract, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage Workers’ Compensation claims in line with NSW legislation, SIRA and iCare requirements
- Provide best practice case management and sound claims advice to support effective outcomes
- Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver high-quality customer service
- Assess, resolve and respond to claims enquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate within the Injury and Claims Management team to support continuous improvement and efficient claims management

To be successful for this contract, you must have experience with the following:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing end-to-end Workers’ Compensation claims, ideally within a self-insurance environment
- Demonstrated Workers’ Compensation and injury management experience in large, complex organisations
- SIMS experience highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage key stakeholders
