AWAHS in Albury–Wodonga is seeking a motivated Practice Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time 12-month contract, with potential extension.
You will be the first point of support for clients, coordinating urgent GP appointments and delivering hands-on nursing care.
Working with GPs and a multidisciplinary team, you will provide wound care, health assessments, chronic disease management and health promotion, supporting Aboriginal families and communities across the border region.
