Savers Australia Pty, Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Retail Manager to support the Retail Manager in leading the Retail Operations team in a fast-paced, high-volume store in Geelong.
You will be a hands-on leader on the floor, coaching the team and driving results while preparing for broader leadership roles over time. You will help deliver sales performance, customer experience and team capability, reporting to the Retail Manager and taking ownership of key trading areas.
