Savers Australia Pty, Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Retail Manager to support the Retail Manager in leading the operations team in a high-volume store.
You'll be a hands-on leader on the floor, coaching the team, driving sales execution, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
No two days are the same as you lead shifts, manage stock flow, onboard new teammates, and partner with the Retail Manager to plan priorities.
