What You'll Be Doing
- Providing Level 1-1.5 engineering support across client environments
- Assisting with client discovery sessions and solution design/architecture
- Assisting with cloud and infrastructure projects
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Visiting client sites when required
- Acting as a technical advisor to clients
- Assist on security projects
- Contributing to improving documentation and internal systems
What You'll Bring
- Proven MSP experience supporting multiple client environments
- Experience with cloud migrations and modern workplace deployments
- Experience with modern device management (Intune, Autopilot)
- Relevant Microsoft certifications or working towards them
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause problem-solving ability
- Experience delivering cloud and infrastructure projects
- Confident client communication and advisory skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple clients and tasks
- Solid documentation habits and attention to detail
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for learning

- Intune/Autopilot
- On-prem infrastructure
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Networking & Security
- Scripting/automation
