About the role
- Build strong, long-term relationships with farming customers
- Visit customers and understand their farm needs
- Provide practical advice on products and seasonal farming requirements
- Promote AG Warehouse products and services
- Develop new customers within your territory
- Manage customer activity, documentation, and monthly sales reporting
- Support field days, demonstrations, and product trials with suppliers
- Stay up to date with agronomy, nutrition, pasture, and industry developments
About you
- Background or qualification in Agriculture (or relevant on-farm experience)
- Experience in agricultural or rural sales (or ready for your next step)
- Good understanding of farming operations and rural customers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in the field
- Organized and able to manage your own time
