What you’ll do:
- Lead the design, development and facilitation of our global leadership and learning programs.
- Be the primary facilitator of Santos' global flagship programs including global onboarding, Franklin Covey, Crucial Dimensions, change management, change leadership and manager excellence.
- Draw on culture survey insights and talent assessments to shape and prioritise initiatives.
- Partner closely with People & Culture and business leaders to embed a consistent, commercially focused leadership development approach.
- Facilitate all Santos global flagship programs across face-to-face and virtual formats for a global audience.
- Own and evolve the Santos Management Excellence program.
- Apply a facilitation and coaching approach to build individual and team capability.
- Maintain an external focus on research, market dynamics and emerging practices.
- Implement the Santos Coaching and Mentoring Frameworks.
- Use psychometric and diagnostic tools to generate insights that shape leadership development priorities.
- Guide People & Culture team members and business leaders to embed the Leadership Development Framework.
- Collaborate with People & Culture/Shared Services to enable effective program delivery.
