Past/Port is our South-East Asian dining two levels up at The Waterside Hotel, our biggest pub redevelopment yet, sitting on the corner King and Flinders St.
Executive Chef Sarah Chan runs a menu built on her Kuching roots and years across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia - including a laksa so personal it only shows up at lunch.
