Sanctuary Lakes Golf Club – Point Cook, Victoria is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team while delivering exceptional service across bar, restaurant, and function operations.
The successful candidate will support the management team in supervising service periods, coordinating staff, and ensuring a high standard of guest experience for members, guests, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising food and beverage service across bar, restaurant, and functions
- Leading and supporting FOH staff during service periods
- Ensuring a high standard of customer service for members and guests
- Assisting with function enquiries and event service delivery
- Maintaining presentation standards across all service areas
- Supporting the Food & Beverage Manager with daily operations and team coordination
The Successful Applicant Will Have
- Availability to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- 3+ years’ hospitality experience, with supervisory experience preferred
- Rostering experience and the ability to coordinate team schedules
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A proactive approach to service and problem solving
- Excellent presentation and confidence engaging with members and guests
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
- A strong work ethic and passion for hospitality
- A current Victorian RSA certificate
