Sanctuary Early Learning Adventure – Buderim QLD
Sanctuary Early Learning Adventure Buderim is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join their team in Buderim. This part-time role will see you leading a team of educators and providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our young learners.
What you'll be doing
- Plan, implement and evaluate a stimulating educational program that aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families, supporting each child's individual needs and interests
- Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a collaborative and nurturing environment
- Ensure the nursery space is safe, engaging and promotes learning and development
- Maintain detailed records and documentation to support children's learning and development
- Work closely with the Centre Director to continually improve the nursery program
What we're looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Nursery Educator or similar role
- Strong understanding of child development and the ability to create engaging learning experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and the team
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care
- Current First Aid, CPR
- Working with Children Check/Blue Card
