The Opportunity

Our client is embarking on an exciting new initiative to establish a scalable content pipeline and AI-driven content engine that will transform how health education content is created, managed, distributed and consumed.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Content Manager to play a pivotal role in bringing this initiative to life.

Working closely with digital development teams, you will be responsible for establishing the systems, processes and partnerships required to turn expertise into a scalable library of high-quality digital content.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a varied, hands-on role that will combine project management, content development, stakeholder engagement and strategic thinking.

  • Establish and manage an end-to-end content pipeline, ensuring ideas and enquiries from content partners are converted into tangible content outputs efficiently.
  • Organise and facilitate recording sessions, working closely with speakers and production teams.
  • Manage the movement of content pieces through the development, production, review and approval stages.
  • Work with AI agents and emerging technologies to develop secondary content from existing medical/health content, including quizzes, short articles and other educational resources.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with content partners, not-for-profit organisations, SMEs and private physicians.
  • Develop a content distribution strategy that maximises the reach and engagement of Quick Case content across social media, email, apps, websites, webcasts and media partners.
  • Understand and analyse target audiences, their engagement behaviours and content preferences.

About You

We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, can manage multiple moving parts and has the initiative to turn ideas into practical outcomes.

You will ideally bring

  • Experience in content management, content operations, digital project management, publishing or a similar environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • An understanding of health/medical terminology and the mindset of health professionals, healthcare practitioners or clinical audiences.
  • Experience managing content production workflows, from initial concept through to recording, development, review and publication.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage medical professionals, external partners and internal technology teams.
  • An interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies, particularly their application to content development and knowledge management.

Interested?

If you are a highly organised content or digital project professional who understands the potential of AI and wants to build something meaningful within the healthcare education sector, we'd love to hear from you.
