- Fatigue management: Between 11pm-7am, Category 3-5 patients are managed through RSQ. Overnight Category 1-2 cases can also be referred to RSQ if required, with Rockhampton SMO/specialist phone support and senior RIPERN nurses available when needed.

- FACRMM or FRACGP is essential.
