We're looking for someone to oversee the delivery of a government-backed program, leading customer support, compliance and operational performance while ensuring every customer receives a seamless experience from enquiry through to completion.
This is an initial 6-month contract with a genuine opportunity to transition into a permanent position. An immediate start is available.
What you'll be doing
- Leading the Customer Support and Compliance teams through two Team Leaders.
- Ensuring customers receive a high level of service throughout their journey.
- Identifying process improvements and streamlining operational processes.
- Managing the relationship and performance of an external delivery partner.
- Ensuring the program remains compliant with government requirements and audit standards.
- Monitoring service levels, operational KPIs and team performance.
- Resolving complex customer issues and operational escalations.
- Supporting workforce planning during busy periods.
About you
You'll be a confident people leader who enjoys improving operations, solving problems and creating efficient processes.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience leading operations, customer service or service delivery teams.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and support others.
- Experience working within compliance, quality or regulated environments.
- Exposure to managing external suppliers or service providers.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
