Manage an established NSW territory where you'll work closely with independent retailers, wholesalers and key store decision-makers to increase distribution, maximise promotional execution and grow market share.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building trusted relationships with Independent Grocery retailers and decision-makers
- Identifying opportunities to increase ranging, distribution and promotional activity
- Negotiating additional shelf space and improving in-store visibility
- Executing promotional campaigns and merchandising to a high standard
- Analysing sales opportunities and developing action plans for continued growth
- Managing your territory like your own business while consistently delivering sales targets
- Travelling throughout Metro Sydney, with occasional regional overnight trips (accomodation & meals fully covered)

About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Previous Territory Management or Sales Representative experience within FMCG
- Essential: Experience working within the Independent Grocery channel
- Existing knowledge of independent retailers and wholesale networks
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-building ability with store owners, managers and key stakeholders
- The ability to work independently while managing a busy territory
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A current Australian driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle
- Ideally based within Metro/Western Sydney with willingness to travel
