Front of House Supervisor
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Front of House Supervisor to join our hospitality team at Graze Bistro in Sale VIC.
This hands-on role is responsible for supervising day-to-day front of house operations while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise front of house staff during service
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist with staff training and leadership
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure venue presentation and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
About You
- Previous hospitality supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and team focused
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Current RSA Certificate essential
