SAL Consulting is seeking an experienced and energetic Team Manager to join our National Leadership Team, based in Norwest, Sydney. You will lead a combined team of approx. 30 Behaviour Support and Allied practitioners across NSW.
We value managers who build trust, facilitate growth, and ensure the quality of clinical work is felt by those we support. You will also build referral pathways and relationships with coordinators, families, and community stakeholders.
