You will join a fun and like-minded team in Australia, and as the face of our brands you will be responsible for building valuable relationships with customers via email, phone & live chat.
You will be highly motivated with exceptional communication skills & a background in sales.
Experience in the travel/tourism industry is preferred.
As this position will be conducted remotely, the successful candidate will be required to have suitable work-from-home arrangements and essential computer skills.
Sail Croatia sells cruises both online and directly to high end customers and as such relies on projecting a professional image for the various cruises, tours and products that the brand is well known for.
Interviews will commence in October 2026, with an immediate start!
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS...
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Travel & Tourism industry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organisation skills
- A solid understanding of Apple operating systems, Excel & Word, Google sheets
- A solid understanding of the English language, including exceptional writing, grammar and phone communication skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Fast typing skills is essential to keep up with demand
- A background in Telesales is preferred, but not essential
- Experience working remotely is preferred, but not essential
- Intermediate computer skills are essential due to the remote nature of the role
- The ability to travel to WA for training purposes (1-2 weeks)

- Providing high quality customer service to clients

- Coordinating and answering enquiries through multiple channels (phone, live chat, emails)
