We're looking for a Global Compensation Advisor to join our Reward team and help shape fair, competitive and data-driven pay practices across our global workforce.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly visible team at the centre of Sage's global reward operations.
You'll partner with teams across Reward, People, Finance and the wider business to provide expert compensation guidance, support key reward programmes and help drive equitable pay decisions that support our colleagues and business objectives.
At Sage we have a hybrid working pattern - candidates must be able to work in the Newcastle office 3 days a week and 2 from home.
This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.
