SAG Workforce Pty Ltd, on behalf of a Queensland builder, seeks an experienced carpenter or finishing trades lead to own smaller projects and progress toward Site Manager. Based in Brisbane, you will coordinate site activities from Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast, reporting to the Project Manager and remaining hands-on as required to deliver quality outcomes.
You'll build leadership skills, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety and program alignment while maintaining excellent communication.
