We are seeking an Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
Looking for sub-contractors to work alongside our crews as additional hands, and to also subcontract potential whole projects to as well.
Types of flooring you may assist in installing:
- Epoxy Coatings
- Epoxy Mortar
- Screeds and Coving
- Vinyl Flake Systems
- Polyurethane Cement Flooring
- ESD Flooring
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for epoxy application, including cleaning, grinding, and repairing as needed.
- Mix and apply epoxy materials according to specifications.
- Ensure proper curing and finishing of epoxy floors.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in flooring/construction trade is mandatory.
- Please do not apply if you do not have experience with epoxy flooring.
- Knowledge of flooring materials, tools, and techniques is mandatory.
- Construction safety white card is mandatory.
- Police check and working with children card may be required for a number of our jobs depending on location (you can obtain this at a later date).
- Reliable and hard working.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
