Labourer – Join a Crew That Values Safety, Growth & Teamwork
Perform hands-on labour on residential and commercial construction sites, supporting daily site operations across all relevant stages of a project.
Assist with the safe, efficient installation, adjustment, removal, and handling of edge protection and guard rail systems, while maintaining site safety standards and supporting the wider crew as required.
Key responsibilities
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist in setting up and dismantling roof edge protection systems
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work site
- Operate hand and power tools as required
- Wear and maintain correct PPE at all times
- Comply with all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies
- Perform general labouring tasks as required by the job site
- Ensure company vehicles are kept clean and tidy at all times
- Identify basic faults in materials and equipment
About you
- White Card (Construction Induction) required
- Experience working on a construction site previously
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling and outdoor work
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong awareness of safety procedures and willingness to follow them
- Punctual, reliable, and able to take direction
