We’re looking for a friendly and organised Sales Assistant to support our sales team and assist customers across Australia and New Zealand.
You’ll be a first point of contact for sales-related phone calls and emails, helping customers with product enquiries, pricing, availability, and orders.
This role would suit someone who enjoys talking to people, has an interest in the automotive industry and takes pride in providing great customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Answer sales-related phone calls and emails from Australian and New Zealand customers and dealers.
Assist with product selection, pricing and availability enquiries.
Prepare quotations and accurately process sales orders.
Follow up on enquiries and keep customers informed about their orders.
Work closely with sales and dispatch teams to coordinate orders and deliveries.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales information.
Refer technical enquiries to the appropriate team.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
About You
Previous experience in customer service, sales support or a similar role.
A friendly, professional phone manner and strong communication skills.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
The ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow through on customer requests.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about Safari products.
The ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
An interest in 4x4 vehicles and automotive products would be highly regarded.
