About the role
As a Customer Service Officer, you are the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in ensuring a positive experience with our brand. You will deliver a 6-Star Customer Service experience by providing professional, efficient and proactive support to our customers, anticipating their needs, building positive relationships and consistently striving to exceed expectations.
The role involves managing customer enquiries, processing orders accurately and efficiently, resolving issues and working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a high standard of customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer queries
- Reviewing and processing orders, credits, invoices
- General administration
- Liaising with freight forwarders
- Investigating and following up on delayed, missing damaged or short delivered stock
