About the Role:
- You will provide expert nursing care, clinical leadership and care coordination across community, residential aged care, specialist geriatric clinics and FUNLHN services.
- You will support complex patient care, lead projects and programs, and contribute to service improvement and positive patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
- At least 5 years post‑registration experience, with demonstrated management and leadership experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects and facilitating change.
- Ability to foster staff development, promote consumer engagement and contribute to quality improvement.
Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check and Immunisation compliance as indicated on the Role description.
