Join RMCLHN as a Senior Clinical Podiatrist and use your clinical expertise and leadership skills to deliver high-quality podiatry services across the Riverland Mallee Coorong. You'll provide complex clinical care, mentor and supervise colleagues, support professional education, and lead service improvements through collaboration, research and innovation. What We're Looking For:
- Hold a recognised qualification in Podiatry, maintain current registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia, and be eligible for membership of the Podiatry Association.
- Demonstrated extensive clinical experience and expertise in providing complex, evidence-based podiatry services, preferably within rural and remote settings.
- Demonstrated clinical leadership skills, including the ability to mentor, supervise and support less experienced clinicians and contribute to staff and student education.
- Proven ability to lead and contribute to podiatry service development, quality improvement, research and evaluation to enhance clinical practice and service delivery.
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective multidisciplinary relationships and engage with clients, families, communities and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound clinical judgement, adapt to changing service needs and contribute to professional development, project management and continuous improvement.
