  • Leading the Finance Business Partner model, building trusted relationships with clinical, operational and corporate leaders and providing high-quality commercial advice, analysis and insights to inform strategic and operational decision‑making.
  • Driving business improvement and reform, identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes, technology and ways of working to improve organisational efficiency, financial performance and sustainable service delivery.
  • Translating data into actionable insights, establishing meaningful financial and operational performance measures that support resource optimisation, informed decision‑making and measurable improvements across CALHN.
  • Building leadership capability and a high‑performing finance function, developing and motivating teams, fostering collaboration and shared accountability, and embedding contemporary financial practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
