About the Role
Join the CALHN Mental Health Clinical Program as an Administration Officer and support multidisciplinary teams across services. You will provide flexible admin support within a casual pool covering sites across the western and eastern suburbs.
- Provide admin support across mental health services
- Manage reception, bookings and team enquiries
- Maintain records and update information systems
- Support clinicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Cover sites across western and eastern suburbs
About You
You’re a flexible administration professional who thrives in a busy mental health setting. You bring strong organisation skills, compassion and the ability to support teams across multiple services.
- Strong keyboard skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
